By accessing or using the OCI-S Runtime Validation API ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
OCI-S provides a black-box quantum circuit stabilization and validation API. The Service executes benchmark jobs on quantum hardware simulators and real IBM Quantum backends, returning statistical performance data.
All methods, algorithms, and outputs produced by the OCI-S stabilization technology are protected under pending patent applications (USPTO #64/050,726 and #64/069,385). You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on these methods without express written permission.
The Service is provided "as is." OCI-S and its affiliates disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall OCI-S be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Planned maintenance windows and hardware queue constraints may affect availability. Real-hardware benchmarks depend on IBM Quantum backend availability.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of São Paulo, Brazil.
